  • 1 cup natural creamy peanut butter (no xylitol or sugar!)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour (or all-purpose flour) or we also recommend coconut four or quinoa flour for extra nutritional benefits 
  • 1/2 cup water (or broth for extra flavour)


    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

      2. In a large bowl, whisk together peanut butter and egg until well combined.

      3. Stir in flour and water (or broth) until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour by the tablespoon until it becomes manageable.
