  • 1 cup mashed sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, grated carrot, eggs, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  3. Add the whole wheat flour to the bowl and stir until all the ingredients are fully combined.
  4. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of a muffin comes out clean.
  6. Allow the muffins to cool completely before serving them to your furry friend.
